  1.  exchanges are free for merchandise with any manufacturing defects.
  2. No exchanges or repairs will be provided due to merchandise damaged by negligence.
  3. Merchandise with any manufacturing defects for an exchange is only available for the exact item ordered.
  4. TERMS & CONDITIONS
  1. Returns may ONLY be accepted within 4 weeks from the dates of receipt.
  2. For your protection, all returns MUST be shipped with a tracking number and insurance. (i.e. UPS, FedEx, or other carriers)
  3. Items MUST be returned unused, with labels or tags, and in their original packaging. No exceptions.
  4. Return is free for merchandise with any manufacturing defects.
  5. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.
  6. All return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

PROCEDURE

  1. Please contact us by  e-mail  at
    support@petstorebubble.com within 2 weeks of receipt with the photos of the merchandise regarding the item you are requesting to return.
  2. Ensure that items to be returned are packed in their original condition and delivered to us with a service with a tracking number. We are not responsible if the shipment is lost or damaged during shipping.
  3. A refund will be issued once we received returned items. No refund will be issued in advance without receiving the returned items.
  4. You will be credited back with the original amount NOT including any shipping and/or re-stocking charges.
  5. credit will be processed back to the original payment method.for example it’s processed back to the credit card you used to purchase .It may take a few days to see the funds back on your card because your card issuer may take several days to process the refund onto your card.if the refund is still not showing after 7 business days please contact your card issuer.

We will refund full costs for any product that is not received within 30 days from date of order .

The customer is responsible for the cost of paying for shipment of returns to our address. Return Shipment costs will not be refunded.
